14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to Mindshape Plus and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The 14-day window starts on the date of your first charge (not your free trial start date, if applicable). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancel anytime

Mindshape Plus monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions. To cancel, go to your account page and click Manage — this opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, switch plans, update your card, or download invoices. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in period.

When you cancel, your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. (Lifetime is a one-time payment — there is nothing to cancel; you keep access forever.)

Free trial (annual plan only)

The annual Plus plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then — through the Manage button on your account page — without a charge. If you let the trial convert and then change your mind, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the first paid charge.

The monthly plan and Lifetime do not include a free trial — you pay at checkout.

Partial-period refunds

Outside the 14-day window, we do not issue partial-period refunds for unused subscription time. Your access continues through the end of the paid period regardless of when you cancel.

Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first paid charge (i.e. after the 7-day free trial converts). After day 14, annual plans are not refundable — but you may cancel to prevent the next annual renewal and you will keep access through the end of the year you paid for.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime Plus is a one-time payment with the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. After day 14, Lifetime is non-refundable. There is no recurring charge to cancel.

Email us at team@mindshape.io with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address on your account. We reply within 1 business day.

Free features

All Mindshape tests and results are free, always. Refunds only apply to Mindshape Plus subscriptions. There is nothing to refund on free features.
