Not a medical device

Mindshape personality tests are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or a crisis line.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for its intended purpose: taking personality tests
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute our test content or results at scale
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm
• Do not use the site in any way that harms others

Paid plans and refunds

Premium PDF reports and paid plans are billed via Stripe. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Intellectual property

All test content, type descriptions, illustrations, and scoring logic are owned by Mindshape. You may share your personal results for non-commercial purposes. You may not republish our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

Mindshape is provided "as is". We are not liable for any decisions you make based on test results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
